Change for good. – It’s been said a number of times, in a number of different scenarios, but what is it – really?
At Koda, it’ about making a change – that enables the “good” to come forth – from a business perspective. What is the good? I’ll sum it up in a few words.
Simplicity, Automation, Innovation, Creativity and Sustainability. When the principles of these words are put into practice, the good flows forth and business will thrive. But that’s not all. Good isn’t just about the bottom line. It’s about a multitude of things. Here are a few that should be considered.
People.
A companies biggest asset and – when handled, recruited or managed badly, a companies biggest nightmare. (I know that sound’s a little dramatic, but ask any boss and they will agree with this statement). If you look at the top 500 companies around the world, the most profitable ones in money, culture, ethics, satisfaction and workplace moral all do one thing in common. They invest in their employees.
Consistency.
Everyone talks about it. Few companies live it. One of the things that we are passionate about at Koda, is putting sustainable solutions own place. For a solution to be sustainable, it must have consistency. Consistency in process, procedure, governance, reliability and more.
Simplicity.
I can’t stress this enough. I personally have worked with a number of companies where they forget about this one simple business practice – that can often mean the difference between success or failure. Not just in terms of the bottom line, but in terms of adoption, usability, sustainability, and cost.
Repeat Business.
When the good flows forth – people will return as the experience is a good one. As a business owner, ask yourself if your repeat business is because of a good experience, or because your price point is just plain cheap? Be honest as well. Do you cliental come back again and again because of the experience?
Enablers.
Enabling the good to come forth, is often a misleading, demanding task, or set of tasks that can be misrepresented or worse, wrapped up in time wasting non value adding crap.
Koda – Change for Good.
We’re a little different at Koda compared to the main consulting groups. We’re not here to wrap up the results of a useless report in jargon that’s difficult to understand, or to put in place a “roadmap” that is delivered on the so called “standards” of industry.
At Koda, we are here to make a difference and to enable the good to come forth. We don’t think of what we do as consulting or advise. We are here to understand your business – as well as or better than you do. To analyse how you do, what you do. We then look at using Salesforce as an enabler to accelerate, automate and assist your business – where we can.
Is this the right fit for everyone? Absolutely not.
Is it a fit for companies that are open to change. Yes.
If you are will to embrace success and grow, then please contact us, so we can assist you in change for good.
Warm regards,
Scott Malpass – Koda
